Odyssey Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

The Odyssey Mobile Messaging Text Alert Service, developed by Odyssey Services Inc., was designed to be consistent with the principles set forth by the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) in their US Consumer Best Practices Document.

Your use of this Service is your agreement to the following terms, conditions and guidelines that are in addition to the Odyssey Services Inc. standard Service Agreement:

Your guide to the proper usage of this Service is set forth in the MMA's Global Code of Conduct for Mobile Marketing.

You must obtain approval from subscribers before sending them an Odyssey Alert message. Each subscriber must opt-in to receive Alerts.The opt-in message description must specify the content of an Alert, and the frequency at which the subscriber will receive them (daily, weekly, etc).

The content of each alert must be consistent with the description given during the opt-in process. Furthermore the content must be available for all audiences.

At all times, SMS text messages must be in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.

If your use of the Service causes Odyssey Services Inc. (OSI) to be sanctioned by any Carrier, either causing penalties or termination of service, OSI may pass thru any penalties, or terminate your Service.
