Odyssey maintains and enforces high ethical, moral and legal standards for the use of our services. In order to provide a safe and secure operating environment for all of our clients, Odyssey requires:

Compliance with all local, state, federal and international law that pertain to the transmission and posting of electronic messages, documents or data (i.e. content) including, but not limited to, anti-spam, unsolicited faxes, privacy and security issues.

All transmissions and posts must contain an acceptable unsubscribe (opt out) capability and the senders physical address.

Prohibition of the transmission or posting of any false, threatening, abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, libelous, defamatory or false electronic message, document or data (content).

To help our clients stay safe, Odyssey automatically incorporates anti-SPAM and bulk fax “opt out” or “unsubscribe” instructions on all transmissions. However, clients are responsible for making sure these items and other company-specific disclaimers appear on their communications.
