• Requires 5+ years experience in systems based applications selling

• Computer/telecommunications sales experience needed

Technical Support / Customer Support

• The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical advice and assistance to our customers with setup, implementation, training, and on-going support.

• Knowledge of HTML and image processing (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) a plus.

• College degree or minimum 3 years experience preferred.

• Must be a self-starter who is able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines with minimal or no supervision.

• Must be able to work individually without constant supervision.

• Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player who is highly motivated, well organized and detail oriented.
